Episode 49

This episode of The Empowered Sensitive and Creative is part two of my conversation with fellow HSP and creative soul, Simona Berardozzi, on astrology for beginners.

In part one, we explored the Sun, Moon, and Rising signs as foundations for self-understanding. This time, we go deeper into the Incarnation Cross, Chiron, and how astrology can guide Sensitive and Creative people toward greater empowerment, clarity, and authentic expression.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode:

  • What the Incarnation Cross reveals about your life path and purpose: Your roots.
Who you attract and whom you're attracted to. Your public image and your career path.

  • How Chiron and personal wounds shape your self-discovery journey

  • The influence of family dynamics on your growth and self-image

  • Challenges of self-expression and visibility as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)

  • Reclaiming power and trust after gaslighting

  • Using astrology to create healthier patterns and communication

  • How astrology supports creative empowerment and authenticity

Why I think Astrology Matters for Sensitive and Creative People:

Astrology has been a powerful tool on my own path of self-discovery. As an HSP, it gave me language for feelings I couldn’t explain, helped me connect with my authentic voice, and reminded me of my deep connection to the cosmos.

Since recording this conversation, I even discovered that my birth time was off by 20 minutes, which shifted my Midheaven and IC placements. What I thought was a Pisces MC in the 9th house turned out to be an Aries MC in the 10th—which makes complete sense with my lifelong drive to carve my own path and create my own work opportunities. This is the beauty of astrology: it’s a living, evolving practice that keeps revealing new insights.

About My Guest, Simona Berardozzi:

Simona is an Empowerment and Relationship Coach with a background in clinical psychology, family therapy, and illustration. She blends science, spirituality, and creativity in her work, and is deeply passionate about using astrology as a tool for self-awareness and empowerment.
