Digging deeper into your identity.

You’re going to be exploring your values, your beliefs, your personality, what makes up your uniqueness. No more squandering your own creative energy by investing in the lives, dreams, and plans of others. So you can begin to experience all that is possible for you. 

Module 2: INVESTIGATE

Looking at what worked and what didn’t work in the past

In Module 2, you will be encouraged to put on your detective hat’s while you dig deep and inquire about/take the inventory of the events you experienced, the stories in our collective memory, and the stories of the relationships you have had. You will learn how to identify the thoughts identified to your circumstances and how to shift the stories we write about ourselves to regain a new sense of power and dignity. So you can begin to write a new story that acknowledges your evolution. 

Module 5: ALIGNMENT & CONFIDENCE 

Rewire your brain to create what you want with ease.

You will learn and integrate new tools, strategies and encode new empowering beliefs into your subconscious minds so that you can strengthen and protect your energy. As your confidence grows, you’ll be able to access your flow more often.

Module 3: NURTURE

Getting to navigate your Emotions and Feelings

You’re going to explore the ways your subconscious avoids uncomfortable feelings, in other words your defense mechanism. Module 3 is all about breaking the looping pattern of the damage building up of repressed feelings that result in overwhelm, for what we resist persists.  All the while maintaining a sense of safety by learning how to soothe and regulate your sensitive nervous system. 

Module 6: THRIVE

Taking Aligned Actions
This is where you establish priorities and clear objectives aligned with your desires. You reinforce your new subconscious beliefs through taking action and making decisions from a place of high self-worth. So that you can glow and flow, and thrive in your career and in your relationships.

Meet Your Coach

My name is Rim and I’m a Highly Sensitive coach, artist and founder of “rim creative energy”, and creator of Glow & Flow: Break Free from Overwhelm and Dare to Thrive. 

Passionate about celebrating joy and beauty in the everyday, insatiably curious about human nature, I’m dedicated to helping High Sensitive People reclaim their power. I help you unleash your creative energy so that you can step up boldly and take action based on your truth. 

 

Since you’re here, I’m guessing you’re ready to harness your sensitivity as a strength and become the best version of yourself that you can be. And you’re in exactly the right place!

In June 2021, when I mustered the courage to quit my full-time job as fashion designer (a childhood dream), with the intention to recover from yet another burn-out and emotional rock-bottom and find joy again, little did I know the wild ride it would take to get to where I am today.

I promised myself that I’ll do anything in my power to become the person I’d need to be in order to live the fulfilling life I had always wanted but always fell short of. 

It was time for radical changes. 

Before that, I had already been on the personal development journey for more than 10 years, and while there was progress, I was still missing the most important piece of all, the fact that I am a High Sensitive Person. 

 

Over the past 2 years, I have learned that it's more important to go within to discover and release all the barriers I had built against my high sensitivity. I thought it was a curse, but I found out it’s a gift.

Before then, I wanted so badly to feel fulfilled in my career and my relationships that it never occurred to me that I might be covertly working against it. In finally looking within to discover my extreme sensitivity and how I had tried to suppress it was at the source of my painful relational patterns, I began to clearly see the subtle ways this very same sensitivity was trying to bring me back to my truth.

 

That’s when I understood there’s a big difference between following the career you have dreamed of and living the life you have dreamed of. Frustration and chaos were part of my daily experience. 

 

By consciously releasing these hidden barriers to inner peace and fulfillment, I began more truly available to create a path more aligned with my authentic self.

 

I began each day with a specific practice that allowed me to align my life with my intentions. I began experimenting and adapting techniques and principles from my creative design practice into my daily life. Things started to shift. Then I stumbled upon NLP and hypnosis, which helped me gain even more clarity and the confidence I needed to show up authentically. 

One by one, I identified and released the blocks I’d had for years yet was unaware of. 

Little by little, the inner work I was doing began shifting my external reality. 

By embracing my high sensitivity, I developed a better relationship with myself, raising my self-worth and developing self-confidence, learned how to better process my emotions and to release my former need to overthink, over-work and over-do.

It’s been a wild ride to get to where I am today but I’m living proof that it’s possible to make your high sensitivity a strength, to better process difficult emotions and grow your confidence, so you can feel free to fully and authentically engage in your relationships and careers  – and I’m going to teach you how to do the same!

I may know a lot about personal development and HSPs but I’m not your average expert. I love making the inner work relatable, creative and enjoyable. And just like in my art practice, I’m dedicated to help you shape your life experiences, sculpt its lines, add colors, texture and volume to it, so that it aligns authentically with who you truly are.

So that you feel empowered to harness your creative energy to express yourself. Weaving together more sensitivity into a world that needs it so much. Along with a good dose of humor, because everything flows better when we’re having fun!

WHAT IS NLP?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming

NLP enables, teaches and empowers us to better understand how the nervous system - the mind and the sensory organs with which we receive and filter information through our five senses (Neuro) processes the way we communicate and interpret experience through language and body language (Linguistic) that can impact on our past, present and future  as the result of our personal ‘programs’ (patterns) of thought, communication and behaviour (Programming).

FAQ

WILL THIS TAKE ME A LOT OF EXTRA TIME? I’M NOT SURE I HAVE TIME FOR THAT.

It doesn’t take a lot of time. The exercises I’ll give you between our coaching sessions  can be done in less than 20 minutes/day. However, you are free to just focus on our sessions and not do any of the exercises I’ll recommend. Or you can pick some and do them at your own rhythm. Or you can do all of them and dedicate regular time to that.  It is absolutely up to you.
Taking regular aligned action however is a great way to reinforce the subconscious programming we do during our sessions, and will contribute to lasting more lasting changes. Repetition helps build new neural pathways, and helps build habits. 
It’s by doing that we learn most.

IS THIS ANOTHER « FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT » SCHEME?

Not at all! In fact, the Fake it till you make it mindset is a way to disguise self-confidence and lack of self-love. It is hiding behind a mask of what we think we should be vs who we truly are. 
On the contrary, this work is about shedding the layers to uncover your authentic self. Therein lies true confidence. 

I’M ALREADY CREATIVE, WILL THIS BENEFIT ME?

This is not coaching to train you to become a creative as in pursuing a creative career. It is about developing a creative mindset, shaking things up, seeing things from another perspective. It’s about challenging the limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. It’s about letting your creativity serve you in the way you approach your life.

I’M NOT SURE I CAN CHANGE, IS THAT FOR ME?

All you are is change, all we are is change. 
The world is change, every minute, every second. Life is change. Everything is movement in this world.
So yes, you can absolutely change, if you’re willing to keep an open mind and set an intention. 

CAN THIS HELP ME EVEN IF I HAVE TOO MUCH ANXIETY AND I’M WAY TOO SENSITIVE?

I hear you, I feel you. As a highly sensitive person and an empath, I used to feel overwhelmed by anxiety and emotions. I was constantly drained.
But as your coach, before we dive into deep work, I’ll give you the tools to help you relax, re-centre, and block the external noise.
The first step for positive transformation is a regulated nervous system. 
Where before there were only limitations, you'll soon be able to see possibilities. 

I’M TOO MUCH OF A PERFECTIONIST, I DON’T KNOW IF I’LL BE ABLE TO DO THE WORK WELL ENOUGH?

As a recovering perfectionist, I have learned that perfectionism is fear, it’s self-sabotage.
The little voice telling you you need to confirm to everybody else instead of letting your special light shine.

I’M ALREADY HAPPY IN MY PROFESSIONAL LIFE, IS THAT FOR ME ANYWAY?

This coaching isn’t only about career, it’s also about leading a meaningful life, welcome ease, showing up authentically, feeling seen and understood by the others around us.
The tools I use will help you improve your relationships, family dynamics, your professional life, your hobbies. Everything that makes up the tissue of your life basically. 

HOW DOES THE COACHING PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

Coaching starts with a free short intro call to see if we’re a good fit. During our first session, we will work on your problematics and decide on a coaching objective. 
If you choose to work with me over several months, we will work on the progression and approach the problematic on different angles. We will regularly assess your progress and address anything that showing up in the process.

HOW IS A SESSION STRUCTURED?

Upon booking, I will send you the link to my personal zoom room. 
At the beginning of the session, I will walk through your current problematic with you. Next, you can expect questions & conversations to dig deeper. Then, depending the situation, I will take you through a powerful NLP technique, creativity exercises, etc…
The goal of our sessions is to help you uncover blocks, find the root, provide action steps, develop confidence. I will provide you unique, personalized ways to achieve all the above, and will provide guidance on how to best move through challenges specifically for you. 

WHY ARE THE SESSIONS RECORDED? CAN I OPT TO HAVE MINE NOT?

I record the sessions for two reasons: the first is for your own benefit. After each session, I send you a recording, which could be great for you to listen to again after a few days or a few weeks. A lot get unpacked during a session, and listening to it again can give you an additional perspective. The second reason is I like to keep a recording for internal use only, for my self-assessment so that I can continually improve my offerings. Your recorded session remain absolutely confidential and for internal use only. 
I will ask you at the beginning of our session if you’re ok with that. You may opt out at any time.

HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE? WHAT IS ACCOUNTABILITY?

Between sessions, we will communicate by email. If you choose the accountability option, we will communicate by email, WhatsApp, and voice messages if needed. I will hold you accountability by following-up on your progress weekly and addressing any roadblocks coming up for you in the process.

Although I have always been a creative person and embarked in a creative career, I was also extremely sensitive, quite introvert and an empath. I was seeing these traits as a curse, and failed to see the incredible gift they provided me.
It’s only after several burnouts that I decided that things had to change.
I no longer wanted to be limited by my perceived shortcomings. I dug deep and realized that even though I had followed the career of my dreams, I was not living the life of my dreams.  Unbeknownst to me, I had gone quite far from my true authentic self.
I began experimenting and adapting techniques and principles from my design practice into my daily life. Things started to shift. Then I stumbled upon NLP and hypnosis, which helped me gain even more clarity and the confidence I needed to show up authentically. 

I’m so passionate about the human brain, the subconscious and how creativity can change one’s life that I embarked into a new life path: helping other sensitive people shine their light.
